Ovidium is a high-end premium wax that combines carnauba wax, often called the king of plant waxes, with pine pollen-derived sporopollenin.
The name comes from Ovidius, the ancient Roman poet known for Metamorphoses. It reflects the idea of protecting valued wooden objects while transforming their surface into a silky matte finish.
For craft workers and furniture enthusiasts who do not want shine or stickiness, but still want to protect wood with carefully selected natural materials.

Why pine pollen?
Sporopollenin, the outer shell of pine pollen, is one of nature's durable microcapsule structures and is resistant to harsh conditions such as acid and heat. In Ovidium, pine pollen is precisely washed with proprietary processing and blended as a shell-rich material.
Rather than relying on polymerization or heavy chemical reaction routes, microscopic particles are dispersed uniformly into carnauba wax. The design aims to preserve the feel of natural wax while improving matte appearance, dry touch, and abrasion resistance.
